I will keep my emotions in check. I will not use foul language or have temper tantrums at a poker table, for I know I will appear foolish if I do so.
I will chose my hand selection wisely and not play too many hands.
I will observe every bet and raise that takes place whenever I am involved in a hand. I will not delay games by ignorantly not knowing what is happening.
If the community cards do not help my hand, I will check instead of immediately folding.I will know my limits and not jump into games that are over my head. I will start at lower limits and work my way up.
I will not play intoxicated.
I understand that bad luck is a factor and will learn from my mistakes and bad beats to become the best poker player I can be.
